Reservation Terms

These terms cover reserving an IANTERNET Bartender and joining the Version 2 list on the reservation page. They add to the REMAGINE Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Reserving a Spot

• Every IANTERNET Bartender is built to order, so orders go in line. A reservation holds your spot in that line.
• Reserving is free. It isn’t a purchase, and nothing is charged.
• Reservations are handled in the order we receive them. Party Edition reservations go first in line.
• You can cancel a reservation at any time by replying to our email or through the contact form. Nothing is owed.

Your Purchase Link

• When your spot comes up, we’ll email you a secure purchase link with the model, the price, shipping or delivery, and your build date.
• Your order is placed only when you complete payment through that link. If you decide not to buy, you don’t need to do anything.
• The terms of sale, including the 90-day warranty, come with your purchase link.

Party Edition Customizing

• The Party Edition includes up to 12 custom drinks with your names and poster artwork, custom voice lines and sound effects, your own look on both LCD touch displays, your colors on the LED lighting, and your logo or event name on the menu.
• One round of changes is included. Anything beyond that is quoted separately, and we agree on it with you before we start.

Prices

• Prices on our website are in US dollars and don’t include shipping, delivery or taxes.
• The price in your purchase link is the price that applies to your order.

Serving Responsibly

• The IANTERNET Bartender pours whatever you put in its containers. When it serves alcohol, it’s for adults of legal drinking age.
• You’re responsible for who you serve and for following the laws where you use it. Please drink responsibly.

The Version 2 List

• Joining the list means we’ll email you news about Version 2. It isn’t a reservation or a purchase.
• To leave the list, reply to any of our emails and ask.

Your Information

• We use what you give us (your name, email, phone, delivery location and notes) only to handle your reservation or keep you posted on Version 2.
• We keep it on our own systems and never sell it. The Privacy Policy has the details.
• The form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which checks that you’re not a bot.
